Non-Medical Transportation
Your Safety NET is interested in picking you up at your home! We provide transportation to and from almost anywhere you want or need to go. Your trips are scheduled and dispatched through our specialized transportation network so we can keep our costs as low as possible. While many of our requests are for leisurely shopping trips, our network is capable of handling almost any transportation request! If you reside in a retirement facility, you will need to inquire to see if Your Safety NET currently contracts with the facility for regularly scheduled transportation outings. These regularly scheduled outings are provided at the lowest possible rate and do not require any prearrangements with our transportation network. We operate Monday through Saturday 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Prescriptions
Your Safety NET specializes in prescription pick-ups and drop-offs for our patients. Whether you are in need of us hand delivering your medicine to you, or simply transporting you to and from your pharmacy, we would love to help. It is most often times necessary to get your prescription straight from your doctor and bring it directly to your pharmacy. If your doctor's visit is already scheduled with us, consider your prescription needs taken care of. Rates for a pharmacy stop on the way home from a doctor's visit are usually $10. Other requests are $25 per hour (with certain restrictions).
Supplies
Your Safety NET specializes in picking up and dropping off supplies for our patients. Whether you are in need of us hand delivering supplies to you, or simply transporting you to and from a store, we would love to help. It is most often times necessary to get your referral straight from your doctor and bring it directly to a store. If your doctor's visit is already scheduled with us, consider your supplies needs taken care of. Rates for a store stop on the way home from a doctor's visit are usually $10. Other requests are $25 per hour (with certain restrictions).
Scheduling Your Trip
Scheduling your next trip should be easy and we want to show you just how simple we make it. Our ride-line (314-660-2428) is our dedicated phone line that allows patients to call in and request their ride. Our Ride-Mail is our dedicated online service that allows patients to schedule their rides online. The only information needed is your name, dob, date and time of your appointment, PU and DO addresses, and any special needs. Our fees are based on area and travel distance.
