Below are our standard private-pay transportation rates. All pricing is transparent — no hidden fees.
🚶♂️ Ambulatory Transportation
For clients who walk independently or with light assistance.
Rates start at: $25 per one-way trip (0-5 miles) and $2.00 per additional mile.
♿ Wheelchair Van Transportation (Launching January 2025)
ADA-compliant wheelchair-accessible vehicle and secure loading.
Rates start at: $65 per one-way trip (0-5 miles) and $3.50 per additional mile.
🏥 Medical Appointments & 🧠 Therapy Visits
Hospitals, clinics, specialist appointments, procedures, dialysis, PT/OT/ST.
Rates start at: $50 per round-trip (0-5 miles) and $2.00 per additional mile. of $24 per hour (calculated every 15 minutes)
✈️ Airport Transportation
To and from St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
Flat-rate pricing available.
Additional luggage assistance: Included
🛣️ Long-Distance Transportation
Out-of-county or long-distance transport for medical or personal needs.

🏡 In-Home Support Services
In-Home Safety & Wellness Check
A 15–20 minute wellness check to make sure clients are safe, hydrated, comfortable, and ready for their day or upcoming appointment. Ideal for seniors, adults with disabilities, or anyone living alone.
Prescription Pickup & Delivery
We pick up prescriptions from your preferred pharmacy and deliver them directly to your door. Perfect for clients with mobility challenges or busy schedules.
Flat rate of $15-$30 per visit, depending on location and time needed. Flat rate of $10-$20, depending on location.
Grocery Pickup & Drop-Off
We pick up your curbside grocery order and deliver it straight to your home. Upon request, we can place bags on counters or tables.
Home-to-Car Mobility Assistance
Support for safely exiting the home, navigating steps, handling walkers or canes, and getting into your vehicle. Especially helpful for clients with mobility or balance concerns.
Flat rate of $25-$40 per visit, depending on location & items ordered. Flat rate of $10-$15, depending on location.
Appointment Preparation Support
Assistance gathering paperwork, mobility devices, personal items, and anything needed for an appointment. Ensures a calm, stress-free departure.
Errand Services
Local errand support such as mailing packages, dropping off documents, picking up small items, or delivering essentials. Saves time and reduces stress for families and caregivers.
Base rate of $10-$25 per visit, depending on location & time needed. Flat rate of $25-$50, depending on location, time & items needed.
In-Home Companionship (Short Visits)
Short, supportive visits that include conversation, reading, or simply providing company before or after appointments. A comforting option for clients who live alone.
Home Safety Walk-through (Fall Prevention)
A simple safety walk-through to identify tripping hazards, cluttered pathways, poor lighting, or risky areas. Designed to reduce fall risk and improve daily safety.
Flat rate of $20-$50 per visit, depending on location & time needed. Flat rate of $50-$75, depending on location and time spent.
Meal Pickup & Delivery
We pick up meals from local restaurants, cafés, or hospitals and deliver them to your home. Great for post-appointment days or when cooking isn’t possible.
Paperwork & Scheduling Assistance
Assistance with scheduling appointments, calling clinics, organizing paperwork, or completing basic forms. Perfect for clients who need support managing details.
