β How far in advance should I schedule a ride?
We recommend requesting transportation at least 24β48 hours in advance whenever possible. That said, life happensβif something urgent comes up, call or text us and weβll do our best to help.
β Do you offer recurring weekly or monthly appointments?
Yes. We regularly support clients with ongoing therapies, dialysis, and recurring medical visits. Let us know your schedule and weβll work with you to build a consistent plan.
β Is Your Safety Net private-pay only?
At this time, our services are private-pay. This allows us to offer concierge-level care, flexible options, and added support that goes beyond what traditional transportation typically provides.
β Can I ride along with my family member?
In many cases, yes. As long as there is space and itβs safe to do so, a caregiver or family member is welcome to ride along. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
β What if Iβm not sure which service I need?
